The Cake

All cakes are baked from scratch using premium ingredients. As this is a small-scale operation cake flavours are limited. Cakes are all butter-based sponges layered with swiss meringue buttercream, then masked with dark or white chocolate ganache.

Due to the intricate nature of my decorating style I only offer fondant finish cakes. Fondant is quite thin and will serve only as a canvas for decorations.

*Fresh fruit, cream cheese or mousse fillings are not used under my fondant cakes.

Chocolate
Cookies & cream (Vanilla with Oreos)
Lemon
Red Velvet
Carrot (contain nuts and a 25% surcharge)
Rainbow cake available which is 6 layers of vanilla cake (25% surcharge)

Chocolate

  • Any budget restrictions (this is useful so I can suggest a suitable design). Minimum order is $350.
