All cakes are baked from scratch using premium ingredients. As this is a small-scale operation cake flavours are limited. Cakes are all butter-based sponges layered with swiss meringue buttercream, then masked with dark or white chocolate ganache.
Due to the intricate nature of my decorating style I only offer fondant finish cakes. Fondant is quite thin and will serve only as a canvas for decorations.
*Fresh fruit, cream cheese or mousse fillings are not used under my fondant cakes.
